To be honest, I am really impressed how Japanese companies and Japanese stories have drastically reduced the use of plastics and the fact that they now charge for plastic bags can help us to be more aware about how the use of plastics bags can affect the environment. When I first came to Japan, in 2009, I was soooo shocked how Japan used more paper and plastic than my country, Zambia. On the other hand, I noticed Japan, still issues out a lot of paper receipts. I wonder if there is a way to reduce this too 🤔🤔
